This site is built to help you find a ticket, not to collect data about you. Here is what happens (and what does not) when you visit.
Just one tiny preference, if you dismiss the language suggestion or switch language: a note (“bt-lang-ok”) in your browser’s local storage so the site does not ask again. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. You can delete it in your browser settings.
The contact buttons open third-party apps: WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Messenger, email or your phone. As soon as you open one, you leave this site and that app’s own privacy rules apply.
The message you send reaches us through that app.
Like any website, the server hosting this site may technically log ordinary requests (for example the IP address and time of a visit) for security and operation. We do not use them to track you.
